Vendor Information

Limited vendor spaces
are available for general interest booths, MV parts, and related militaria;
All other vendors will be placed on a stand-by list until April 20, 2008
|

Spaces are priced as
follows:
$20 per 20x20
OUTDOOR space
$20 per 10 x 20 COVERED OUTDOOR space
$20 per 10x10 INDOOR space
|
 |
Vehicles and campers
must be on a paid space or in parking lot; no parking in lanes or outside
designated space(s) except for set-up or deliveries
|
 |
All spaces will be
allotted on a first paid - first assigned basis
|
 |
Cut-off date for
registration is May 1. No vendors will be accepted after this date
|
 |
Free camping onsite
for exhibitors and vendors.
Electric available for $15/night

Vendor Rules
-
Vehicles, tents, trailers must
be in purchased space, assigned parking area, or camping area. No
parking outside of spaces will be permitted!
-
No refunds or credits will be
given
-
Access to site will be from
Friday at 8:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday 7:00 AM to 9:00am. All booths
must be set-up by 9:00AM Saturday
-
Vendors are expected to remain
until at least 2:00PM Sunday
-
Absolutely no live ammunition allowed
-
No
Nazi uniforms shall be worn or anything which in the clubs view promotes
the Nazi cause will be allowed
-
Edged weapons shall not be sold to minors and shall be displayed in
secure cases
-
Booths must be removed by
6:00PM Monday
-
No debris, packing or trash
to be left on site
-
Only Service Dogs will be allowed on site
-
Vendors must have a NYS Tax
Number or apply for a one time Casual Tax Number. Vendors are responsible for
adhering to all rules for NYS Sales Tax

Show Rules

Military
Vehicles entering Display Area and all vendor vehicles must display a
vehicle pass |
 |
Vehicle speed limit is 5mph on grounds |
 |
Any vehicle that is observed being operated
in an unsafe manner, or exceeding the speed limit, will have the vehicle
pass confiscated and the owner must move that vehicle off the rally
field.

 |
All vehicle
drivers must posses a valid Driver’s License from their state of
residence.
|
 |
Due to
the large number of spectators, vehicle movement will be restricted
during show hours and subject to discretion of Show Safety Officer |
 |
Show
Safety Officer has authority to revoke any vehicle pass and have vehicle
removed from the grounds that he or she deems unsafe |
 |
Vehicle
rides are to be confined to designated ride area and must be conducted
with a safety spotter |
 |
Sale of
firearm receivers, pyrotechnics, live ammunition,
or ordinance of any
type that has an explosive charge or primer is strictly prohibited |
 |
Absolutely no live ammunition allowed at rally |
 |
Edged weapons shall not be sold to minors and shall be displayed in
secure cases |
 |
No
tracked vehicles shall be allowed to move on the pavement unless they
have rubber grousers and permision of the safety officer |
 |
No
firing exercises of blanks, propane or air actuated guns |
 |
All
display vehicles, exhibits, vendors and trailers must be removed from
site by
6:00 PM Monday |
